This wheel bolt tool can prove invaluable for anyone who has ever cursed over sticking or rusted wheel bolts. It is called EZ-Lug and the nut loosener uses reduction gears to enhance your normal arm strength 32 times. It must be like changing into Superman or something. The wheel change tool comes with three different sets of kit that is promised to fit almost any wheel size and shape. We found it on Sky Mall and they were asking USD 59:95 for it. Den syttende mai 2005 (homage to our Norwegian friends) ![]() Magnetic foot flashlight. The magnetic flashlight attaches itself to any and every ferrous surface and gives you the chance to get in there with both hands. You will even get out of the light-in-mouth thing to get into the most inaccessible places. The light comes from a LED and the power from four 1,5 V batteries. We have seen it at X-trem Geek at USD 14:95 and at EFX for GBP 4:65. Available in black or alu. 15 May 2005 ![]() Cheap garden and garage work glove. There are probably hundreds of small jobs and chores around the house when you would wish you had a pair of gloves. With the garden, the car, the bike, the boat. You name it. With this dirt cheap glove you can stash a pair just about anywhere you might suspect you might need them. They are simple cotton gloves with a rubberized palm and fingers for grip enhancement. We now have pairs stored all over the place. They probably will not last for ever, but they're SEK 10:- (USD 1:35) a pair at Clas Ohlson, so what if we have to get a new pair every now and then. Available in black or white and in two sizes; his and hers. 15 May 2005 ![]() Airless flat free tyre. At the international auto exhibition in Detroit this January Michelin presented a concept for a new and revolutionary tyre technology The Tweel. Why we have not read anything about this anywhere before we found the story at Gizmag the other week we do not know. But better late than never. We think the idea looks very interesting. The concept is an integrated wheel and airless flat-proof tyre. The Michelin people says the technology developed for Tweel makes possible performance that cannot be achieved with conventional pneumatic tyres. For starters Michelin says they will develop tyres for low-speed vehicles such as the Segway and others. 7 May 2005 ![]() Sunglass car holder. This is a pretty simple way to keep your sunglasses out of the way of your butt. And to keep them handy until you need them. This little gadget is called The Sunglass Bug (for obvious reasons) and it fits neatly on your car's sun visor. There it vill guard your shades until you want them. We got ours at Pep Boys in L.A., but we have seen them at other places, too. London Heathrow airport for one. You could also try the link below; it is to See Fred where the this bug is USD 3:- (about one pound, fifty pence). 2 May 2005 THIS SECTION HAS MORE PAGES |..1..2..3..4..5.....> DEPARTMENTS | APPAREL | APPLIANCES | BAR | BBQ | BICYCLE | CAR | CHILDREN | COMPUTERS/TELECOM | CULTURE | DVD | EDIBLES | ENVIRONMENT | FLASHLIGHTS/TORCHES | FOOTWEAR | GARDEN | HOME | INTERNET | INVENTIONS A-Z | KITCHEN | KITCHEN FURNITURE | LEISURE | LINKS | META | MISC. | OUTDOORS | PETS | PERSONAL CARE | PHOTOGRAPHY | READER'S CHOICE | SAFETY AND SECURITY | SERVICES | SMART STUFF aSTORE | SOLAR POWER | SOUND AND MUSIC | SWEDISH | THIRD WORLD | TRAVEL | TOOLS | VIDEO | WATER | WORK TIPS AND TRICKS | APPAREL | BAR AND DRINKS | BICYCLE | CAR AND DRIVING | COMPUTERS | CULTURE AND LEARNING | GARDENING | HOME | INTERNET | KITCHEN AND COOKING | OUTDOORS | PETS | TRAVEL | WORK AND BUSINESS Did you find the information on this site useful?
